Let's clarify.

Winter is great, but only "acceptable" Winter mode. Acceptable Winter mode consists of temperatures that do not dip below 20 degrees, and if it snows only lightly. Cold weather > hot weather, unless I have to shovel and its 0 degrees out.

Otherwise, spring is the best season, because after a long winter the weather becomes slowly more bearable as the days progress, and because of this women wear less and less clothes as the days go by. Summer would be good for the less clothes deal, except for the fact it is too hot out to really enjoy it.
