Apparently Atlus as a company folded to the financial problem, and is absorbed by Index Holding, its parent company.

TGS is coming up, maybe that'd give some more clues on what will become of persona or any other megaten series in the future.

I'm not exactly holding my breath though, it's probably just more shit on Catherine if anything.

That's too bad, I really liked Persona 3 and 4. Can't say JRPGs have really been good in the past few years though. I can only recall 2-3 JRPGs that I've actually liked for current gen consoles, and one of them isn't technically an RPG (Valkyria Chronicles).
