Just a bump for how fucking awesome this game is and the shameful shameful lack of posts from other people ranting about how fuckin awesome it is.

Also vids of beating 2/3 of the dreams on 10 idol ( hardest difficulty mode )

Not going to watch the vids, because I'm still playing and don't want to spoil it (don't have much time lately to play though), but I just wanted to say that I too fucking love this game.

It is awesome, I got the OST too don't regret it.

If it weren't for Portal 2, this would probably be my personal "best game of 2011 so far".

I loved the artwork and soundtrack, but I got a little tired of the gameplay pretty quick into the game. Still, for $15 it's a great game.

Damn, the training stage for the Machete is fuckin' hard. I killed all the dudes in like 2:30 and says you need to do it in 90 for 2nd place, I'm assuming 60 for 1st? I got highest score on the repeater on just my 2nd try, so that one was cake. Any tips? Those fuckers love to run away from me.

Run straight into the middle and melee swing until the runners stop spawning. If you kill every one as they spawn its easy.

Machete is easy, make sure it's fully upgraded though.

All the green ones that run around spawn in the middle at the start, stay until they stop spawning, then kill the turrets/generators and finish off the black ones.

1st is 45s.

Thanks for the tips, I'll give it a go tomorrow. I only have 2 upgrades for it, I have the handle (i think 100% crit), and I can't remember the first. I know the pistol was hella easy with +8 ammo and +50% damage.
