I went there to take pics cause when I first got there a few days ago the sun was shinning just right and the place was gorgeous. But alas I didn't know how to take pics at the same time. Place still looks great no matter what. I just couldn't wait for the sun to look great again.

High level enemies really hit you hard in this game. I think I've been hit for about 5200 damage by a Doomvoid Guivre or something like that.

I haven't had a sabotender aggro me yet, and I have walked fairly close. I did have a bird aggro me in Gridania though, while most birds I've come across do not seem to aggro.

Birds have a strange aggro mechanic. I haven't been able to figure it out but for some reason one bird will not aggro and then in the same general area the same type of bird will start attacking.

The birds in The Black Shroud might be "territorial" as I've run by a lot and they all seemed to have turned towards me and assumed a different aggressive stance, but never chased me.

yeah, almost no agro on the way there. Just a few Lone Wolves. and Coer to Mor isn't too bad. There's a few narrow pathways that sometimes are filled with Hyppocerfs(sp) at the beginning. Doesn't get too difficult until you get to all the grassland raptors and then the Wyvernhounds and Drakes near the end.
