If someone were to ask my opinion of Eli, it's about the same as abandon/miz. He is the top end of the second tier.

I agree with most of the list except for cutler and flacco. it's difficult to say for flacco considering he's only been around for a couple years. He has had post season success though, and he's gonna be a great QB. Cutler... just lol. Palmer is also... meh. Schaub is a great QB who sometimes doesn't get enough credit imo.

You forgot to put Clutch and Alex Smith on that list, they're also better than Eli. Also missing from the list is Tebow's haircut which could toss 80 yard TDs by itself with no need for the head/body underneath it, I am disappoint that he buzzed his head after that.
