Garrett's decisions are consistently and infuriatingly awful. Choice is not awful. Romo is not awful. I still like both players, and while I do agree that they're also partially responsible, it's far easier to overlook or forgive some of their mistakes these days than ignore the bullshit Garrett is spewing on an absurdly regular basis. One thing about Garrett: Romo is great at improvising, but not so great at delivering the ball consistently to the correct receiver play after play. Scouting reports I read say this and I notice it in the Cowboys games I watch. Curious if you other Cowboys fans notice this, because it can't be easy for Garrett to have a gameplan when the passing offense is so inconsistent.
