Gunna sting dey ass.
Gunna sting dey ass.
Did you lose your stud MLB for the entire year and have 5 different ones start because they're too fucking dumb? Did you lose your starting Center a game before and have a back up guard fill in?
Sure it's an excuse and last I checked it was reality so it's understandable that those were the reasons why. Either way your team missed the injury bug entirely, which is straight luck.
PS. this sounds like an excuse, and one that is entirely your organizations fault.
being pissed at something = making excuses now? We played terrible through and through, all I hear is you making excuses for your team. Our Oline was full of injuries during the vikings games, but have I once cited injuries as the reason for losing?
If that was a cowboys fan making excuses we'd get two pages of abandon and Miz going on and on about it. I dont like siding with elroy but if the tables were turned you would be giving him shit in the same fashion.
So I should complain that my favorite team lost a game because they were injured and the team should have two quality starters at each position in case of injury?
And that's different than all you "complaining" about a retard making 3M a year how?
I don't know why we've having O-Line arguments to begin with, all four teams in the NFC East have fuck-all in that department.
One is me complaining about a retard making 3M a year, the other is you saying "we lost because...."
Uh no, want me to requote? You're pissed at the result of him being your coordinator. You mentioned nothing about his salary in the context of that conversation.
The Iggles have little-to-no depth at Center and some weak MLBs outside of Bradley, and it's the organization's fault for not compensating for that fact, not the players' faults for getting hurt. They knew Bradley & Jackson were both coming off of major injuries and there was a good chance they might flare up again during the season (uh, despite the fact that neither of the injuries yesterday were due to the old injuries, the risk was still there). Make Kevin Mawae come out of retirement of something, at least he's actually played center before.
Hilarity ensues when the the shoe is on the other foot.
"Look at the cowboys being butthurt" "No we're just pissed at our OCoord." How is this making an excuse? Hell, what he did wasn't completely wrong. We still shoulda won even with his poor decisions.
Well I'm saying if you take away everything, insert bad playcalling... we shoulda won regardless, as in... it wasn't *only* garrett's fault we lost.
Now i'm not saying that the best conclusion wouldn't have been both teams imploding and there be no survivors...
Boys' should have won. I drink the skins kool-aid for life, and I could smell the writing on the wall the minute bidwell messed up his first punt in the third quarter. The boys' were running the ball better than us, Romo was accurate and hitting Miles (why wont anyone cover me?!) Austin and the defense was stuffing the skins predictable playcalling and forcing third and outs. Everyone that I was watching the game with saw the momentum shift and I told everyone that the skins, if they were going to win, were going to have to crawl out with a win with their tail between their legs.
The only difference between this year's result and previous years is that the skins actually managed to hold on just enough (thanks to the D) to wearily grasp onto victory. The girls' have a better passing game, better receivers, a better running back tandem, better outside pressure, better linebackers in space, and seem to have a much easier time holding onto momentum. Dallas just fucked up tremendously last night by giving the game away - all game long - through penalties galore.
Reality hurts, but the skins won't be ready to take the girls', pound for pound, until at least 2 years from now, provided all the right moves are made and things continue to fall into place.
I was travelling all day yesterday, and just now got to see Calvin Johnson's no-catch no-TD. I don't care what the "black & white" rules say, that was a damn catch.
Maybe the refs were like me, and had the Bears in their Eliminator/Survivor pool.
