FFXIV capable PC Help

I've been using my really old PC for awhile now and it's no where near up to par to play 14, it has a hard time with 11 enough. I was looking through newegg at parts and things but I'm not too familiar with building a PC much less getting decent parts at a good price. Can anyone help me out with what I should look for and what all I need to get? I'm trying to budget around $675~750, the minimum is fine.
