So every now and then whenever I turn my head I get a sharp and unusual pain in the back of my head, just above and behind my left ear. It feels almost as if something is snapping in my brain or something. The pain itself only lasts a second or so, then there is a strange aching afterwards and the area feels very warm. This usually lasts about 10 seconds or so then everything returns to normal.
I've noticed that its only when I turn my head to the left and usually when I'm sitting down or reclining back and even a gentle movement can cause it. They don't occur often, maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks. I've been getting them for about 6 months now, the first one happened when I was shifting a fridge at work and they've been happening ever since.
So yeah, should I be worried and go to the doctors about it? I'm assuming its not normal for it to happen.
