I suppose maintenance is still active if I can't log in. I know it was supposed to start at 7p but I didn't catch how long it went on for.

How much do you think SE will charge us for retainers? I've managed to transfer stuff between two characters using them but if I'm not going to have multiple characters then I don't see much use for them if I can just bazaar stuff myself.

Mild price hike retainers cost 1$USD and another Character is 3$USD a month.

More milestones that I really think made the game more enjoyable.

Don't worry pretty sure there will be plenty sneak oil and invis powder so you can find the ??? on some quest. (just pretend it's a map)

replace ffxivgame with the original if you are using the hardware cursor hack. Worked for me last time.

Selling things in this game is such a pain. Do you guys think they have some sort of miracle patch in the works, that they'll release at launch? I Love this game and will play it no matter how many short comings it has early on, I'd just like it to have semi appealing to my friends too ><

Unless they implement an AH system, I don't see buying / selling being too user friendly.

I'm not even talking about to other players. I grind and help friends quite a bit and my inventory is almost always full every time I grind for around an hour. I have to go to a vendor and sell my nuts nq, +1, +2, +3. The shit is just like 11 even though it's what, 6+ years?

Wait, how do you know what classes they favor? Either way, at the same rank or lower, there's other shoe options that give Output or Mag.Craftmanship of the same caliber. (Padded Leather Workboots & Ash Pattens) So, most likely, all the classes are covered for the stats they would want off of Hermes' Sandals, yet only Gathering classes would get the most use out of them. Namely running around to gathering points without having to macro in a different pair of shoes when they get there.

"Tools" are what both Gathering and Crafting classes use. Fishing Rods, Gigs, Pickaxes, Sledgehammers, Hatchets, and Scythes are all "tools." "Arms" means weapons.

It says it on the shoe. Still pretty broken even if that is the case striders vs gimpshoe

(could change as could a lot of things doubt it tho)

I find it crazy that Cliff has make hardware mouse and a working full screen mode you can tab out of before SE has. Seriously, just hire Cliff on as a consultant or something to make all these little fixes we all so desperately want.

They need to stick the icon of the craft needed next to an equipment's repair material(s)...

Also, I think they made a mistranslation somewhere... On Disciple of the Land's tools, there is a stat called "Scanning" which appears to be "Perception" when looking at your own attributes.
