Final fantasy XIV FPS issue help!

Hey, i have a intel core i5 430m @ 2.27GHz 4 GBS RAM and an ATI mobility Radeon HD 5470, i can run crysis on very high everything (shadows and shaders on med) and it runs completly smoothly but when i download tha FFXIV beta ( which took FOREVERRR) i tried to play it( textures on high, nothing else tho) and its like watching a slide show with 10 seconds in between each frame, i dont know why its running like this and i asked around and people always say " if you can run crysis you can run anything " but clearly this is not tha case. Im really dissapointed cause i was sooo exited to play this game, and im only 15 so i dont have tha kind of money to go out and buy an intel i7 and a new graphics card so like i dont know what to do( i dont have a ps3 either ) if someone has any tips on what im doing wrong plz email me ([email protected]) or just comment on this thread THX! ... p.s my OS is win/7 just noticed i didnt say that lol.

Don't blame the game, mobility cards are shit period. Also crysis isnt the epitome of graphical gaming.

You need to convince your parents to buy you a desktop of equal or lesser cost if you're trying to play 14 well.

You do realize that shadows and shaders are the two most graphically intensive settings in Crysis, right? Seriously. You're essentially running the game on a slightly better looking version of the medium settings.
