Just checked Scythe Trials, trial 1464 (Penitence - 30 coins of birth) leads to a new trial: 20 Kindred Crests, reward: Penitence +1 (DMG:123; Quietus).

Friend says ninjutsu elemental dmg increase is a 50% increase for :ni and 100% dmg increase for :san spells. No numbers, anecdotal.

dusk+1 hands, AF3+2 feet/head/legs + rap harness = 23% haste. Use the dual wield belt + AF3 neck + Auric dagger for almost x10 attack speed with buffs.

100% damage increase + futue (or w/e that new JA is called) should put :san spells in the 600-800 damage range (melee sub). Not huge, but not tiny either. Probably bursts well too with NIN having the trait now.
