I don't see how with all the new cure potency and haste% they are keeping the current caps. This is insane. Cure Potency should get moved to 60% or something in the next few updates.

Anybody know what "Enhances cumulative magic effect" is? Has this been seen on armor before? I'd assume it would be some kind of bonus to your nukes if you use only the same one over and over without using another nuke or even spell but idk.

I doubt they will change the haste cap, but this does make it easier to wear different gear in other slots. Like more STR and attack gear.
