Abyssea - Misareaux Discussion

If it hasn't been mentioned, Abyssobugard gave us (with already capped lights) 640xp+ a kill and didn't seem much harder than other xp mobs.

The phuabo is t3 VNM, Amhuluk is some key item popped NM.

Phuabos atma gave 1tp/tic regain and 50 resist to thunder/water, didnt check Amhuluks.

Thanks to your info Kuno, if Scars areas follow the same abyssite rules (that is, 2 are from quests, the rest are from killing a monster), that means Sapphire Sojourn (+3min/stone) is from a quest, one of:
I Dream of Flowers
Destiny Odyssey
Soil and Green
Dropping the Bomb

Did pestie nm and x2 SCH legs dropped, also 2 ex fangs that are eating up inventory and a lvl 82 Gaxe.

Also spamming meat/cookbook quest all day came to this:

24 all together not bad. Space is struggling but full of beastmen armor so can't complain yet!

waka, are the 4 spawn locations for the cookbook spider/pieste/bugard/birds like it's been mentioned before? i've tried those areas and i still cant seem to find the ??? spot. wondering if it's borked or i'm just not looking somewhere.

Cookbook is spider, colibri camp near the cliff that drops down, pestie, and bugards.

All day, about on and off quite a bit.. so if it was all one sitting I would say a good 6-8 hours.

I was able to spam quests <5 mins or less.

but at last I need to sleep. Fap first of course.

Some explain the Galkan sausage quest in a little more detail or I did I miss something? Not familiar with Galkan Sausage+2 and+3

I decided to go play a bit with a ??? I found near the newly popped crabs (Bismarck). Don't have the exact pos on the ??? but its right between the two different named crab mobs, easy to spot.

??? that asks for H.Q. Crab Meat, and H.Q Rock Salt, the pop items drop off the different named crabs respectively.

Pops NM - Karkatakam a large crab.

I didn't kill it, but here's some notable info.

Slow II landed, Gravity resists.. nukes seem to do well on it, normal dmg. It casts Waterga II which is weak, but it also casts flood which IGNORES shadows completely. It only used these two things, no venom shower as far as I saw.

Wish I knew what it dropped, but it dropped me instead lol, I was just checking to see what it was. Hope this info helps. Flood did an average of 840dmg with shell 4 on, waterga II did 315dmg ish, but I didn't have any magic resist gear on.

The campfire in Misareaux will produce +2 and +3 sausages, depending on how long you cook the meat. I'm not sure, but it likely increases the reward you get.

For +3 sausages, just choose to keep cooking the meat every time. You'll either burn it in the process (Galkan Sausage -1 or completely burnt meat) or get a +3 at the end.

War and bst seals: legs , but when i did it again on the same game day that i got the bst seal: legs, i didn't get a seal. Anyone know if seals are once per game day?? or is it just random?

/random as far as we can tell, but the job types are not random (4 job seal types per quest)
