Just got killed by Sippoy by the Electrum cap type mobs. It is a caturae with a greenish cape. I would have had more info, but it casted two tier V nukes on me and i was laying down tasting dirt... ; ;

Wow, thanks for pointing this out; I just assumed he only took murex/amoeban stuff. Also, you don't need to zone to redo the quest, just talk to him again.

Went 1/5 on black whisker with TH atma equipped.

What fame do you need to have in vunkerl to open this quest?

It's rank 3 fame. You can pick up fame easily by repeating "A Ward to End All Wards", read elsewhere in the thread for information on that.

Ok, so after doign the ward quest about 20 times, I was able to flag "Scattered Shells, Scattered Mind." Easy Quest, can be repeated once you zone. However, there is an issue with one of the 3 "???"'s

As you can see, I've located the 3 spawns for 2 of the set of question marks. My issue is with the set closest to the start NPC. I have found 2 constant pop spots, but not the 3rd, which delays my progress in repeating this until they swap locations. Green group, aka Fungars, is the area in question. Any info is appreciated, I'm working on an exact location map to assist people in doing this.

I found the third ??? for that quest north of conflux 00, just prior to where the iron giant spawn was originally.

Smilodons are north of conflux 4.

Hmmm, that completely skews the Whole "3 spawn points in 3 areas" thing just off by one.. Damn you SE. Will do more testing once I get home.

I do believe that The Boxwatcher's Behest quest, with it's variable options, awards varying amounts of Fame.

I did that quest, on the heavy setting, roughly 8-9 times. No other quests in Vunkerl. Today, after reading up on the Celerity discovery, I decided to spam me some fame from the Rare pop items of varying mobs. I traded in a total of 6.

Gulemont, the fame NPC, says that one would be "Hard pressed to find one among us who doesn't already know your name. You accomplishments have earned you the respect of all the folk here.". I assume this is capped fame from doing what is essentially 2 quests.

If this is true, then heavier objects carried from The Boxwatcher's Behest quest carry (pun intended) more fame than the lighter ones because it takes more time.

Also, "A Ward to End All Wards" doesn't accept items for the OAT weapons (Tried Bakka's Wing, Marvin's Pelage, Chukwa's Egg (though, technically, only the wing is a limb)).
