Were you sure it wasn't up and roaming away from where you were? Also, were you sure it just didn't pop/depop.

dont think it depops anymore; prepatch it seemed to do about 3-4 laps in the mushrooms then depop (at least when I was spamming shroom NM)
The other week postpatch it was up for hours... well until we decided to kill it.

I'd almost want to pretend its a dominion style pop (just no npc to say %) Try killing the shrooms+NM and bombs+NM as well as ephemerals and avatar. Most seem to be semi related to the surrounding mobs. Or hell... it could be tied to bastion

We went out with 6 and teamed up with a jp group of 12. we had 8-10 stay at shrooms, me and whm was spam killed giant everytime it was up. had another 2 killing all the ramuhs, and one roaming behind the shrooms where the martello was. Had apradar up and unlocked and didnt even see a dead body anywhere. I roamed the zone also while waiting for giant and never saw anything. Has to be some stupid trick to it.

From my experience, Sippoy (and the other timed Caturae) will not depop during fullmoon. If its not up during a fullmoon, it means someone killed it not long ago. Best time to camp it is is during a fullmoon. Before dec patch, Sippoy will respawn after 2-3hrs from last kill. Respawn time should be much shorter now.

Wrong. I personally have seen one depop as have a few others. When we saw the depop it was back 30 minutes later.

looks like the maintenance today eased/changed spawn conditions for certain NMs in misareaux/attowha/vunkerl...maybe that's what was causing the sippoy cockblocks?

Wrong. It pops in the Amoebans at conflux #1. It wanders to those ^ places though.

All VNM style mobs in Abyssea pop somewhere in the vacinity of Conflux #01 and then slowly wander to a designated area where they remain until they are killed again.

I'm not sure this is correct. I haven't bothered to toss all my temps and see what gets restocked but from what I've seen, at the very least the third Guerdon gives you ascetic and stalwart tonics, and probably champion as well. I've been back and forth abysseas quite a bit and it's been a week or so since I've had either tier-2 potion in my temp stocks. I think having all the guerdons now lets you enter Abyssea with the same set of items you get from a maxed blue chest.
