btw it was weapons in ro'maeve, EP and then went to DC-EM+T. Yeah no drop

I've seen three drop in the tree in ~2 hours of killing. One off the Saplings, one off a Gobbue, and one off a Processionaire.

Also, the Magian update is really hot. I'm got ~100 kills left (started at 300) just killing rabbits whenever lightning weather is up and I happen to be near them. We knocked out my friends sapling stage of his staff in 10 kills. Not to mention I get to go Dancer again! Shit, I might do a STR/ATK dagger just because it'll be so easy.

Got the last four crests I needed from Sprinklers and Groundskeepers in Sky in roughly 90 minutes. Most likely luck, I know, but worth a shot if everywhere else is shitting on you.

I think higher level = more crest, after getting 1 in valley of sorrows in 3 hours, me and my buddy went to King ramps tomb to skeles, and got 10 in 2 hours. both on mnk, made 2 shotting them a blast.

I tried wyverns in Grauberg [S] and Mature Treants in Caedarva Mire for about 4 hours yesterday. During that time, I did not get a single crest drop. I decided to duo some Tonberries in Abyssea - Konschtat and we got 9 crests in about 2 hours. For whatever it's worth, my duo partner infused the TH atma and we were both on mage jobs.

Haven't seen a single crest in well over 100 kills. Have tried Boyahda and Mount Z. Going to try some VT+ mobs and see if that changes anything >.>

I got 2 from Greater Manticores, 1 from Greater Cockatrice, 2 in Boya from Korrigans, 1 from Gigas in Xcar S and 1 from Demon in Xcar S

At 1hr, our mnk was at 310 kills on trial.

I had no idea Fell Cleave did that type of fing retarded damage just wow....

We got a few off of Giants, Demons, and Imps in Xarc[S] with 5 people spread over two alliances, then swapped to Bibiki Bay when two members left. Got about 6 crests over 3 hours in Xarc[S], and 7 crests in Bibiki over about the same time frame. Killed damn near everything in Bibiki, efts rabbits birds gobs giraffes.

Last night we were able to get approximately 20 crests in a matter of 2 and a half/3 hours. Not amazing by any view, but smooth when fighting cointeaches in xarc (s). Silence them and kick some demon butt.

Also - for bsts out there this is a viable solo camp to do crest farming. If you go to the ramp that would lead you to Uleguarande[sp] there are Couerls (Carcals?) that con EM-T++ to an 80 bst. These destroy cointeaches. One of them can kill 3-4 easily before a pet swap is needed. They also have a silence move that proves fairly useful... not to mention blaster, a bst's best friend. For those traditionalist bsts who don't believe in abyssea, this would also be a decent exp camp for 80-81 (possibly 82).

I got my 5 (do NOT try this unless you got stones/time to blow) off worms in Aby-La Thiene solo mostly tho I tried to help a friend and they dried up. (Was on smn, btw)

I had to go back for stones twice (was leaving with 20 minutes left). Also mind Megamouth Mikey if you mess with the worms alone, he will eat you for breakfast.

At least on Quetz the worms aren't hunted for XP, so it can be a decent place to hunt if you got a excess of stones. Make sure you go /whm tho for erase and tele out.
