doesnt seem to be like COR af hat
1st shot is with AF head only
2nd is with both
3rd shot is only feet and no head
4th is both again

and to completely confirm

1st is with both, 2nd is with only af head(0 gear aside from gun/bullet) 3rd with only feet.
I'm thinking it enhances debuffs

That would certainly be interesting. Could enhance up to something like Dia V if it doesn't cap you somehow.

Thanks, gonna test on debuffs sometime later @@; if anyone is curious, i killed the crawler NM in vunk near VC#5 and hang right and you'll end up at a late with puks on one side, crawlers, and rabbits. minicrawlers(THEY'RE SO FUCKING CUTE) drop pop item ??? respawn is 3 minish. Crawler NM casts Holy, Holy 2 BanishgaIII Paralyze Silence/ga and drops crimson abyssite of confluence(lowers cruror costs for confluxes)

Whats the name of the nm.. and did you kill it solo or with a group? Otherwiki doesn't have a crawler nm listed in the group of nms in abyssea - vunkerl.

Also, FU to whoever decided that feet only coming from gold boxes was a good idea. I really hope another way of getting the "base" af3 boots is put in 'cos otherwise I'm looking at capping all my jobs and merits way before I get their boots.

So uh, how do you complete armour trials? I've got the base item and seals for it, but neither moogle is accepting the seals in trade or has any obvious dialogue option to progress :\ (yes, I traded the item already to start the trial)

I want to punch their little faces

Trade the seals to the box next to them.

Get the trial, trade the seals to the box. It's the same for all trade in magian trials.

So about to begin Scars of Abyssea, and was hoping to get clarification/confirmation of a few things.

AF3 base heads can be purchased with cruor from the respective areas.

AF3 legs can be purchased with resistance credits, type consistant with the respective heads areas.

AF3 feet drop for gold chests. Are the feet drops consistant with respective areas as well? I.E. Misareaux - Creed, Bale, Ferine, etc.

The seals required for magian AF3+1 upgrade fall in specific areas only. Misareaux legs, Attohwa head, Vunkerl feet. They can be obtained by defeating various NM's in each area, or by completing various quests. The quest drops are unique to various job groupings.

To open magian armor trial, talk with the moogle RuLude Gardens. Is it possible to have numerous armor quests open at the same time? Do you need trade all the seals at once to the box, or can you trade them as you get them?

I cant remember the name of the NM. ill go back to vunk with an xp pt and pop and take a SS of NM. Killed it in a group

You can have more then one armor quest, but they count to your cap of 5 magian trials at once. Including weapons. You can trade them as you get them. Other then that everything you've said is correct.

I started questing last night in Attowha but didn't get very far as I didn't have that long. Can anyone confirm a quest they've completed in there which drops WHM head seals?

Farming head seals is going to be much more efficient if you find a pop NM that drops them and getting 3-4 friends together to kill it.

Actually, that is true of all of the seals pretty much.
