No, it doesn't at all. Quite the opposite. It's so low and shitty, Zanshin is still garbage, and you're looking at this proccing on something like 1 in 80 swings. Ikishoten merits are still garbage, and you're still stupid for trying to "abuse zanshin".

Did you figure out what the DRK set bonus was? Last I heard, Kirschy couldn't even get it to proc.

I tried high HP and low HP, tried souleater. Next test would be on crabs and lots of parsing or something, unless someone else has a better idea on how to get a good reading on attack+ bonus thats occasional :/. No reason not to assume it's just a straight attack+ bonus like it says.

None of the testing options seem very painless at this point, considering the low proc rate on some of the other AF3.

Another observation I've done on WAR AF3 set that's not set bonus related is the "enhance retalation effect" on the +2 feet. Killing frogs in La Theine my normal crits was around 550~ (RR and sanguine atma), -never- spiking over 600 damage unless relic double damage proc. But my retalation attacks was frequently over 600, often near 650 and above.

Retalations can crit, already knew that. I've come to the conclusion that "Enhances Retalation effect" on the +2 feet is increase damage on retals, and it's quite noticeable.

I have not tested it myself, I'm still a few coins short in Vunk. But it seems to be a straight bonus to attack talking to the one person on Cerb with full AF3+2. Last I checked DRK wasn't starving for att on anything.

They were going to, but they couldn't get that string to fit on the armor, so they changed it.

Well, at least pup could make some use out of the attack boost, since their attack is a bit lower than most melee. I know mine only hovers around 400ish without zerk/pizza, if I remember right.

595 damage max last night with VV/RR (and Critical Attack Bonus), gives me about 140 base damage, which is 12 over capped fSTR + weapon (D108 fire Atlas). I hit 544 crits multiple times on the bats, which is what I'd predict would be the max damage to be, but not above that, so it looks like I was at capped fSTR. Therefore, AF3+1 feet appear to add 12 base damage (or 1/9 base damage, +10% damage?) to Retaliations.

That could be a possibility as a second effect, but it's looking more like it's double damage. Don't see how else you can explain people landing such absurdly high swings. Even with VV and RR there's a limit.
