Any word on the NIN hands, on how much it increases elemental ninjutsu damage, and Futae?
Creed Cuirass +2, Mitigates damage based upon enmity, etc
tested it on a cactuar with 1k needles
with 48% pdt in gear and Creed Cuirass +2 on, 1k needles did 500 damage so doesnt break the 50% cap
tested it with only creed cuirass +2 on, 1k needles did 898 damage everytime

Last I saw, this hadn't been clarified yet, but the Augments Dual Wield occasionally adds an extra attack. I tested on NIN/BLM with no double attack gear using dual warp clubs, and witnessed 3 separate attack rounds that had 3 hits over just 2 mobs even. It might be a little hard to tell from the logs but the middle set here is an example of the proc:

since velocity shot increases r.atk+15% and decreases r.atk delay -15%, while decrease atk -15% and increasing melee delay +15%, can look for the following...
-modified melee delay, both for the positive and negative (since they may have eliminated the melee nerfs)
-increased ranged damage. test dmg before activating Velocity Shot, With Velocity Shot active, and then with the body on (both on when shooting and when using the /JA.) this hopefully will give you a ranged attack change, and so you can see if it goes up and by how much.
-actual delay would prolly need to be tested with a fraps running to see any change
