Finished Tantra Cyclas +2 Saturday and finally got around to testing 5/5 set bonus today. In 350 rounds that a kick attack occurred, the set bonus kicked in 37 times, for aprox. a 10% chance during a kick round. I'll probably get my sample size up to 1k at some point, but it's tedious because kparser smashes some of the rounds together, so I do it all visually and mark down procs. All in all it ends up equivalent to about an additional 2.5% kick attack rate, so nothing special, but not going to complain about extra dmg and tp from an already good set.
On to Testing the Augments Impetus that's on the +2 body, it is very obviously crit dmg+. I marked down every crit that had higher dmg than my Spharai's cap, and what hit during Impetus it occurred on. Long story short, the augment is +1% crit dmg per consecutive connecting attack. Also I noticed while messing around with the augment, crit/att/dmg doesn't decrease till the next attack round, so if your 1st hit misses but ya have 2 more attacks the bonus will increase 2 more notches up the latter before resetting. Makes sense since all attacks of a round technically occur at the same time, and if I cared to look around for info, was probably mentioned when Impetus att+ / crit rate+ testing was 1st done.
Now for the absolutely most worthwhile and disappointing part of the whole Tantra set......Enhances Martial Arts. I know the number going around is -10delay, well it's not. With Spharai TP should drop from 5.0 to 4.9 because they are right on the cusp of the 180 and under, and 181-450 tiers. Spharai give 5 TP per attack with OR without the body confusing the hell out of me. I thought maybe that the enhancement reduces delay without penalizing TP gain such as Kenkoken do, so did some frame rate testing to decipher the actual amount of martial arts. Results are -5 delay, and confirmed with +84dmg Stun Jamadhars dropping from 5TP to 4.9TP. Honestly the body is nice enough even without martial arts, but why even put it on if it gives worthless delay reduction.
