In PA you only pay after you pass. And that's for the permit test, but the cost includes the license once you get that far.

depends where you live, in my part of VA it's the norm. If you drive 55 on the highway you will get treated like shit. If you only meant like normal streets though then average speed is around 5 over

I don't know dude that sounds like an awfully long time for someone who is either legally blind and/or severely brain damaged + old, asian, women. I'm thinking if you live close by you'd better be hiding in fear of that bitch driving.

Also FYI the only reason they gave her a license was because they were running out of ideas for this show.

Had a lady doin that to me yesterday, I wasn't even goin slow. Drivin like 40 (in a 35 zone) with another car in front of me like 3 lengths away and this lady was right on me. General rule is (iirc) if you can't see their plate then you're too close, well I could barely see this bitch's hood.

But seriously though, this lady will wreck that car in a week, probably cause the highest number of fatalities in a low speed collision (because lets face it, old people don't drive fast) and yet she'll be walking away just fine before getting another new car.
