    PSU Help Please

    Hey

So I have been trying to figure out what to get for a new computer and I think i have settled on a system. The only part of my system i am struggling with is the power supply. I am not to sure if what i can get is a good name/value. Here is what i am getting for a system, i have case, hard drive and dvd drive:

Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B CPU Cooler $44.99
    Intel Core™ i7 Processor 950 3.06GHz w/ 8MB Cache $319.99
    Asus Rampage III Gene w/ Triple DDR3 1600, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, 1394, PCI-E, CrossFireX / SLI $269.99
    Kingston ValueRAM 6GB PC3-10600 DDR3 Triple Channel Kit (3 x 2GB) $179.99
eVGA GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked EE 1GB PCI-E w/ Dual DVI, HDMI, External Exhaust $279.99

Prices are not set in stone as this is just the store I am going to purchase through and they do price matching.

What i am struggling with is what kind of power supply to get. I am wondering if anyone is able to recommend a couple good ones to help narrow down my search. I am currently using an older 650W and it doesn't have the ablity to pick my cables like the new ones seem to be able too which is something i really like. Also i am putting all this into a Antec 900 case.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you
    Lady

PS i am in Canada in case that makes any difference and i don't want to spend an arm and a leg on one.

Corsair/Antec are good brands. Look for modular ones to avoid wire clutter.

I currently use and highly recommend the SeaSonic X650 Gold 650W.

The X650 uses modular cabling, is quiet (<3), is very stable, and actually cuts my monthly electric bills by $1 to $2 a month due to its high efficiency, even though my older PSU was already 82plus.

Additionally, it may still be on sale at Newegg for $112 with free shipping when using promo code PSU982.

    Hope that helps,
