How the fuck do people have so many stones? Do you guys just not enter Abyssea ever?

I haven't gotten in-game to check my own yet, but I have had no internet for 6 weeks, so I suspect there will be a fair amount. And not everyone is completely hardcore about levelling jobs if they don't want to play them. I play DNC, BRD, and SCH -- once I have them capped, I'm not going to level another job just to do it. I'll play something else, or go do other events, if I'm that bored.

Well, if you have the berry abyssite, you get 3 stones about every 2 days(I get a stone at noon, 4AM and 8PM in that order), so figure 10 a week at most...go away for a couple weeks and you can see how people get so many. Add this up with the face many people exping don't even USE their stones, just go in on banked time, and it'll stack up even more lol

This. I've only had to use stones if I've had a (really very) bad party, or have spent time on soloing instead.

I have that abyssite, I hardly ever exp, but I do manage to use my stones up on NMs. It adds up.

My brd mule has 76 stones+ what im currently holding. (for some reason my ls seems to think i wish for more HP merits on my thf main instead of saving the stones for nms they dont do.)

I don't think they touched Ninja at all. Elemental Ninjutsu is still the same and Blade: Yu's damage is still the same.

Infernal Scythe and Herculean Slash are doing more now but still pretty poor damage, under 500 for Infernal (with no mab/int gear).

Ovni is well... entertaining now. It doesn't really fix pinning for good players, but it makes it a pain in the ass and it'll definately fix it for shitty ones.

Does this occur with all counters now, or just Perfect Counter?

Counter did always "MISS". That is how counter works.

First check for Counter Rate
If YES check ACC rate

- If ACC checks OK activate COUNTER
- If ACC check fails don´t do anything

So Counters was able to miss but noone would notice at all. I guess people got now distrubed by the mechanic with "perfect" Counter and SE switched it out


But so far I did not see the message outside Perfect Counter.

Maybe I'm just unlucky atm, but it feels like my Dancing Edge has been nerfed, getting about 200 damage less than what I'm used to.
