Update to my problem. When i dissembled my PC i noticed a burn mark on the bios chip, I am guessing this is why it wouldn't boot. Gonna rma the MB back to newegg tomorrow

So, with my problem, I took the Motherboard to the store, and it worked.
Still does nothing for me, got a new PSU as well to check at home, and nothing.
My last guess is that it's going to be the CPU. Would having a dead i7 Processor cause the same problems I've been having?
Do you get any beeps when it tries to POST? May seem dumb, but you connected all the wires from the case to the motherboard such as the power button, reset, any front usb ports? You made sure the power button on the supply was turned on and if you have it hooked up to a surge protector that the strip is turned on? Your power supply is set to the correct input voltage, which should be 110-115v. Last thing I can think of is make sure all the wires are securely connected.
