I'm pretty sure the "changes in spawn conditions" mentioned in the notes refers to time pop NMs.

Frostbloom quest in Uleguerand gave Iga seal: hands on the repeat. (Boreal Blossoms).

Its an easy port 5, flag, port 7, run a bit and click 3 spots (they move, but stay in the mob family. Frostblooms are in the Snolls, Acroliths, and Gears.

black pixies aggro and white pixies link on to them, both are WHMs but its really funny having every pixie in Witchfire Glenn on you

NMs popping incred fast

was solo lvling in Heqet area, kill him for white lights and he been popping every 15 mins for 4 times now

Same experience with Lord Varney and Hrossvalur in Vunkerl. Timed NMs repopping in ~15 minutes now.

Last night after capping RDM, I climbed the Tor in Attohwa and Yaanei was up. Watched it for about an hour and a half, engaged it twice even. Never depopped. Vanadiel day changed twice, for a span of three (dark > fire > earth).

We were in Misareaux, Flux randomly checked Kutharei, and it was up.
