I havent played too much, but been trying to get in for maybe 20 min now and keep getting this. Servers down, or just log in problems and keep trying?

Just started having this error, been working fine since launch but now cannot log in to game anymore. Login screen loading is slow also, sometimes does cannot find the page. Im using vista 32bit, windows firewall and avast anti-virus. What could be the problem?
