Anyone notice the main mission NPCs from the beginning CSs all have the same tattoos on their necks? The Limsa Lominsa mithra in the white robe, the flirty hyur male with white hair in Ul'dah, and the hyur girl and lalafell male from Gridania. All four of them have the same tattoos on their neck.

The best way to make money in the game is to make multiple characters and spam the shit out of all of their leves every 2 days. Of course that's $3/pop per month but it's a way for real players to compete without EVER buying gil.

The second best way is to form a tight knit (get it?) crafting circle of 3-4 people that will shuffle mats around optimally to maximize craft level gains. While leveling you make the parts for all of the tier 2 and 3 weapons/shields and craft the shit out of them for massive damage. That takes coordination and trust so I say bleh to that.

Does having low weapon condition affect anything other than the damage it does and spells? I mean, does it affect EXP?

Nobody uses it, but it works/functions fine.. tested it with guildmates. They were able to auto-join the party I put up as LFM if they met the criteria I was searching for, there was a comment, etc. Don't see what's wrong with it other than the fact that theres no option to flag for anything other than leves.

Mostly this. The recruit works amazingly, but I think they need to add a second search that works like the recruit.

I think they need to add an icon so you know who is LFG by the camps without needing to search. Unless one exists and I haven't seen it yet.

Hmm try adding more yarn and cloth if you haven't up to 3 and see if any combination works or possibly try copper buckles.

I logged in and immediately got a party invite. I accepted and we went out and fought some cactuars. I got 200 class points per hit! Shit fucking rocked. Also, since I was on archer I got lucky and avoided 1000 needles. There was four times where everyone in the party died cept me as the fight ended.

I found someone selling Maple Wands for 15k gil! They're much cheaper to make lol. I can't afford that unless I NPC a lot of loot I've been getting. Do you guys NPC your loot?

I NPC almost everything as this is beta, you can make a lot of money doing so.

I npc my loot, but not really for cash. Just to get rid of shit to clear room. That is unless I give it to my retainer. Money is far to easy atm to have cash flow issues.

Ugh, navigating Gridania is such a pain in the ass. The Black Shroud feels so much like a maze, that I'm starting to miss Limsa Lominsa. Lone Wolves every which way you decide to go, and no way around them. At least in Thanalan, you can go around mobs. Gridania? Nope, only one path and you have to pray you can run faster then the Lone Wolves (Which you can't). At least the story line here is the better then the other two in my opinion.

I've just noticed that the Evaluation Faction on leves changes if I cancel and reselect it. Has anyone tested whether or not the reward section has a chance to change between gil and guild marks? I just tried it a few times and haven't had any luck.
