Holy shit that cinematic was great.
Ok this is suppose to be the last 2 stupid questions
1) Is there anything special to set skills to offhand? ( I just set Still precision to my offhand and I don't see any difference)
2) Autoplaced skilled exemple Light Slash and Guard, can you move them or they are stuck there?
tried /equipaction 3 "Guard" and it auto place itself in the first available hole
Thx
1) Other shield abilities would go offhand for example. Plus I guess it's for future dual wield.
2) Cannot move them
How does wear affect gear performance? I haven't been able to tell a difference. Is there a point to reparing everything to 100% before important battles? Or is there just no effect at all until durability reaches zero?
You hit for less and get hit harder with less durability - or so I heard because I never tried to even pay enough attention to how the numbers change![]()
When I repaired my Bronze Gladieus yesterday It was a 0% I havn't seen any difference in Damage, but off course no idea when it hit 0% lol
At least in P3 your damage would start dropping when the durability reached 10-25% and at 0 durability you'd only deal about 60% damage. Haven't let my weapons degrade that much in P3 since I can keep buying new starter weapons over and over.
I think you also get less TP per hit as well. I remember when my scepter was at 0%, it would take like 5+ hits to get 1000 TP, when usually it only takes 2-3.

Story Proposal for FInal Fantasy XIVII
The story begins with a soldier of the evil empire Shinra Garland Garlean (empire). However, because of bizarre magicite Mako Aetheryte experiments done on her him her. sshe now has amnesia. sShe joins forces with the resistance group The Returners AVALANCHE named depending on starting city. As the player progresses, it turns out there is a high ranking soldier SOLDIER judge of the Empire Shinra beastmen, Kefka Sephiroth Moblan, who is hungry for power. He is the prototypical result of the bizarre magicite Mako Aetheryte experiments. Kefka's Sephiroth's Moblan's mad rise to power is rife with mass murder, and finally culminates in him pushing the statues summoning meteor creating a time paradox to destroy the world. This is bad for the player but looks really cool.
So I'm looking at the FFXIVcore translation stuff about battle regimens, and they actually sound quite cool, even if the system is still a tad clunky. So far I've seen info on four different Regimens:
Regimen of Trauma (magic resistance debuff) - Normal Attack > Normal Magic (eg. Heavy Thrust > Spirit Dart)
Regimen of Ruin (physical resistance debuff) - Normal Attack > Normal Attack (eg. Heavy Thrust > Light Strike)
Regimen of Constraint (TP gain down, TP consume up) - Normal Attack > Weapon Skill (eg. Heavy Thrust > Red Lotus)
Regimen of Despair (Cast speed down, MP consume up) - Normal Attack > Spell (eg. Light Thrust > Bio)
There are two more listed, however, that I haven't seen, and was wondering if anyone could help me fill in the gaps:
Regimen of ??? (Action aptitude up) - Spell > Spell (eg. Fire > Ice - must be same class) or Weapon Skill > Weapon Skill (eg. Trunksplitter > Brandish - must be same class)
Regimen of ??? (Damage up) - Weapon Skill > Weapon Skill > Spell (eg. Concussive Blow > Trunksplitter > Fire) or Spell > Spell > Weapon Skill (eg. Burn > Fire > Red Lotus)
This is not question but mostly a comment and I wanna make sure people knows this (even tho i know it's already known)
If you get a leave that you receive exemple Conjurer marks as a reward
Make sure you do that leave as a Conjurer. Just did a leave on Gladiator with conjurer reward and I got nothing because I wasn't a conj. But the good news is that they give yo ua warning before you active it, that you won't get a the marks as a reward
Anyone working on leatherworking? Just wondering the rank at which you can start to make buffalo leather straps consistently.
Wow, that guy in the opening movie is hot.
Battle Regimens themselves are pretty cool when you can get them to go off. Not attacking or getting stuck and having the mob eat your tarus while you're stuck is not cool. Needs less clunky execution. ;/
But if they are gonna give us skillchains... Fuck ya!
