New Abyssite's

I have been looking through BG and I am wondering about the new Abyssites: what do they drop off of, what do they do, and who got the abbysite (puller, alliance, person who activate !! etc..) On top of that there are 3 abbysites I was wondering if anyone found yet: one that adds another +3 minute to each stone (so far I've seen it drops off onvi and purchased from curor), a second abyssite that takes another -4hrs for stone formation, and last how to obtain 2 atama's at the same time. Thank you

So Far:
Talk to hume guy at camp 3 (with rank3 or so fame), and he will ask for Medical Supplies from a pixys. Get a blue chest to drop and open it normally and you'll get the key item. Go back to him and get sapphire merit. It works like the konschtat quest more or less.
Abyssite Increase HP and MP max with enchantment

Flame Skimmer NM in Miseraux
Key Item: Sapphire abyssite of Furtherance (increases buffs by a lot, +20)
Whole Alliance Gets

Npfundlwa Rabbit NM (Popped) Miseraux
Got Sapphire Abyssite of Fortune
Increase Chest Drop Rate Alliance Gets

You buy the second Lunar abyssite. If you never had the first you must beat a quest boss in (it seems) any of the zones. (Gigas, Peiste, Glavoid, Wamoura, Ruszor, Orobon.)

The gigas was Briareus (or some such), right? Should have cleared quest/gotten lunar then. Second one is brought in new zones if you have the first one.

You buy the second one from an npc. If you've not done a quest boss it's your first one. Visions lunar came from a quest boss completion (but it seems scars bosses work too if it's still your first boss) Scars lunar is brought.

I'm sure of you have noticed this but it seems apparent to me that there's a kind of pattern to the obtainment of abyssites. There's basically 3 methods for receiving an abyssite: from a mob, a quest, or purchased with cruor. And it seems like a specific type that is found in one method for one addon is *different* within another addon. For example, a Lunar abyssite in Visions came from finishing a quest, and in Scars it is purchased with cruor. And so it may follow that in Heroes a Lunar abyssite will come from a mob.



Similarly celerity abyssite came from a mob in Visions, and it isn't purchased with cruor, so it may be likely to be a quest reward.

This may not be entirely true where Abyssite of Lenity is concerned. Seems more like the pattern for this abyssite is that they're including one in each zone.

Of course, if they follow the current trend and release three more zones for Heroes (with three more abyssites of lenity), and then also include an ivory to be won or quested in that expansion, that would be a cumulative effect of losing exactly zero EXP in Abyssea. Would be interesting to see, if nothing else.

Looking at the spread of abyssites, I can conclude the following maximums assuming you have all the abyssites for each category (not counting Atma)

- Maximum HP/MP+ of 80/40 (2 per add on, and god damn that's evil as fuck)
- 6 Traver Stones (over kill much?)
- +18 minutes per stone (no reason to ever use more than 3, but even 2 will get you 96 min at that point)
- 3 EXP Abyssites (do we even know the value yet? I'm assuming 10~15%)
- +30% Cruor per kill (if this works in Bastion then that's awesome)
- 8 hour recharge on traver stones
- +50 Primary Stat Buffs
- -90% EXP Penalty (very, very nice given the dramatic increases to the death penalty. F'ing -4400 EXP at level 85)
- -3 successful attempts required on casket locks (not that big a deal given the change to keys but still nice)
- -60% Conflux costs
- -15 minutes on Martellos
- Triple blue light accumulation/chest rate
- Triple amber light accumulation/chest rate
- And the best for last - 3 god damned Lunar Abyssite!

And I think that's it for the multiples. 1 atma is crazy enough, having 2 active is over powering. If they do add a 3rd Lunar, and they will if the trend holds, then do we even need the primeval brew? I mean unless SE has some ungodly hellspawn planned for Heroes of Abyssea that makes AV look like a level 1 rabbit by comparison... it's fucking overkill. Fun, but seriously overkill.

Does the scars abyssite only work in the scars zones? I noticed I had +25 to +30 on all stats after we killed the Fly NM in Misereuax, however during an exp party in Tahrongi after getting all buffs I only had the normal amount.

Exp loss from death caps at level 68, at 2400 exp. I died several times today at level 83 to involuntarily confirm that.

I can confirm. I got blindsided by the NM fly while doing Soil and Green and had to eat a homepoint at 85. I was 2,400 away from a full buffer. I have no Linity abyssite.
