They fixed footwork! Thank god. *goes back to being godly*
they made seals stackable but not the weapon trial items? how nice. i am still sitting on 17 items because i can't trade them yet.
Since the seals stack now, Does this mean we can cheat the system for seals from quests, like how people were clothing the sausage+3 July having a full inventory? Tired of getting legs seals for my still locked pup an not for my rng.
I'm a bit confused on the martial arts FW thing. I thought it always worked with FW and the second last trait mnk got lowered it to 480 delay?
Footwork ignores martial arts and is set to a set delay of 480, which confused people when it suddenly changed to 460.
I thought it was confirmed a while back here that martial arts did indeed effect footwork before this update?
edit: it's on wiki
The Delay of Footwork is affected by Martial Arts.
* At levels 65-74, Footwork Delay is 500 (8.3 Seconds), and has a TP return of 13.6% per hit.
* At levels 75-81, Footwork Delay is 480 (8.0 Seconds), and has a TP return of 13.0% per hit.
* At levels 82-85, Footwork Delay is 460 (7.7 Seconds), and has a TP return of 12.0% per hit.
Prior to the initial level-cap increase, Footwork removed Martial Arts' base delay reduction making delay 480 (or 500, one of them). After the level-cap increase, people noticed that MA was affecting Footwork and thus TP gain.
With the MA trait at lv82 recently, Footwork delay was 460 and killed most practical X-hit builds using Ursine claws (OA2-3). From the small amount of testing I just did, using Footwork and sTP+1 (Chiv chain), I am getting 13~TP per hit and 27~%TP on Tornado Kick. This is in-line with what I was seeing before the level-cap increase to lv85. Not sure about exact delay, yet, but I'm sure someone is workin' on that.
Then what's up with the 500-480 footwork tier?
and here I was thinking "Bastion is just a copy of Campaign" was a figure of speech.- An issue wherein the unit "points" is incorrectly displayed when the player is rewarded with Resistance Credits upon completing Abyssea’s quests has been addressed.
ilu- An issue wherein the job trait "Martial Arts" becomes active when the job ability "Footwork" is used has been addressed.
"P.S. Shut the fuck up, Urat."- The drop rate of the item "Kindred’s Crest" has been addressed.
THEY SPOILED THE DECEMBER UPDATE!!!
NEW CAROLS
Confirming that I am landing at exactly 100TP again with prepatch footwork setup (10STP fulltime)
- An issue wherein attack speeds will be slower when certain grip items are equipped has been addressed.
Guess Eisen Grip is fixed. Even though i still doubt it will get used much.
Are people really complaining about reduced delay because it makes an x-hit build harder?..
Not that footwork is good to begin with.
With the OA3 H2H weapon it's godly apparently.
