That guy's Linkara. He reviews bad comic books and such. The site thatguywiththeglasses.com has a lot of funny web reviewers on there. Nostalgia Critic, Nostalgia Chick, Spoony, Linkara, etc. Check em out if that kinda stuff is funny to you.

haha I actually enjoyed this, watched 3 so far. I never really looked into the power rangers stuff other than watching them as a kid. I knew that things were dubbed, but didn't know that footage was actually taken from other shows.

and yes, the green ranger arc was one of the most epic things ever. dun dundun dunnunnun

You linked to his sub-series on power rangers, not atop the forth wall, just a technicality however. Atop the Forth Wall is his "main" weekly series where he reviews bad comics. I also highly recommend SpoonyOne aka Spoony and Nostalgia Critic if you enjoy his reviews, Spoony does odds and ends, mostly games and movies, Nostalgia Critic does movies. The anime equivalent for those that care would be Arkada.
