Looks like the amazon deal's over, thank god. I almost fell victim.
Have to say that is great advice currently. For the price of one game, you could get PS+ for a year and have 2-3 great titles right now. The only setback would be your memcard size. Right now though, if space permits you could have Uncharted, Jet Set Radio and Wipeout for with a PS+ membership. If that just isn't your bag or if you don't like those titles and don't expect any you do down the line, I get it.
• I know you are a FIFA fan and while FIFA 13 is basically FIFA 12 with updated rosters, if you don't mind the outdated lineups you could find FIFA 12 for cheap and it is great on the go. If money is no issue then FIFA 13 is good too, I just didn't think it was a big enough change from 12 to spend more money myself (as I have 12).
• Mutant Blobs is a great game.
• Lumines if you are into puzzlers.
• Fighters? Blazblue and Marvel vs Capcom are amazing ports of their console brethren.
• MGS HD Collection if that franchise is dear to you, and you haven't played them in a while.
• Interested in any PSP titles? I have a handful that I missed/passed up on PSP and they look great. Tactics Ogre, Persona 3 Portable, Gungnir, Growlanser to name a few. Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection?
Monster hunter freedom unite is a fun game. Plus you can bind the camera to the right stick so you don't have to do the weird claw move as what some people did on the psp.
Nvm found where to check my remaining time of PS+
Also, try to sell me Persona4 golden plz (I'm not sure to get it or not)
Just read just about any review on the game. (Whether the PS or Vita version) They're pretty much all next to stellar. They're not making it up. The game is that good.
P4 was already one of my favorite games of all time, it doesn't need any selling. P4G builds upon what was already one of the best ps2 games and adds some cool elements to it. Just buy it already.
Speaking of persona 4, does anyone know what firmware it requires?
Awesome! Would have sucked if i couldn't get it.
Yeah, P3P is available on the PSN store for Vita. Think it was $20 when I bought it.
Was $10 for a few weeks leading up to P4 release, but it's back at $20 now :/
For whatever reason, the Persona games other than 4 are listed under Shin Megami Tensei: Persona. I know that's the series, just saying, gotta look under 'S'.
PSP games do look great on the Vita though. Plus there's no UMD constantly making noises XD
Do the Persona games lead into one another or can I play them out of order?
Very little continuity between games.
Persona 2 is split into two very tightly-connected games. Persona 4 has random cameos of side-characters from P3.
Other than that you miss nothing playing them out of order. Persona 1/2 are very different games from 3/4, in terms of mechanics, design and combat they're much closer to the old SMT standard than the dating simulators you get in P3 and P4.
Anyone have good suggestions for:
1) Carrying cases/travel cases
2) Screen protectors (or do I even really need one?)
I can safely say that the process of putting a screen protector on my Vita was the worst experience of my life. so many bubbles...
http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-Vi...ords=vita+case
Exact case I use for my Vita. Sony rep showed it to. Its like having your vita in a portable pillow. Holds about 5 games, and you can put the charger in it.
I don't use screen protectors. I just keep it in the case.
