What's the opinion on technika tune? $44 seems pretty damn steep tbh, the screen splits on that small ass screen kinda bugs me. I may end up buying that new shooter that came out tho, the demo's really fun so far. I may just get P4G as well.

Playing on the small screen isn't that bad, but you have to have some way to make your Vita not slide around while you play. The control scheme that uses the back touch panel for holds and repeats is pretty cumbersome, but it's impossible to hold the system while playing just with the touch screen. I just put a little piece of felt on my desk, then put the system on that. Works like a charm.
There's something like 67 songs on it, which is nice. I just wish they would unlock all difficulties in Freestyle by playing them in Pop mode (IIDX style). As it is, you have to play each song in Star, Pop and Club mode to get all three difficulties. Not too bad since I don't care about Star, but a royal pain in the butt when I want to play the harder note charts. Over half of the Club sets are locked initially, and they unlock automatically at intervals as you "level up". It's much much faster to do that than it is in either the arcade or the PSP DJ Max games, thankfully.
EDIT: I'm a little bummed at the lack of an online Crew Battle mode, but at the same time I know it wouldn't be nearly as fun as having my local arcade crew in Korea.
Didn't used to be the case. So maybe they did it as an option to transfer to vita since their download list sucks for it atm "due to technical reason".
Edit: I feel so old. I have a brand new Vita with access to 8 brand new games, thanks to the bundle and PSN+ and I'm playing old PS1 classics on it..
Oboro Muramasa looks freaking gorgeous...
Need me a god damn demo so I can see how it looks on the OLED itself. Don't think my laptop is doing the snapshots any justice.
Still better in dolphin in 1080p+.
too bad most of these games wont even err the light of day in the US![]()
Gungnir is 50% off at the PSN store this week. If you're a fan of SRPGs, it might be worth picking up for you. It does a handful of interesting things, and has plenty of mathsturbation without going over into Disgaea "Yo, let me spend all weekend making a spreadsheet" territory.
http://gematsu.com/2012/12/tales-of-...nitely-evolvesThe “Infinite” in Tales of Hearts R: Infinite Evolve, the download game included with first-run copies of Tales of Hearts R in Japan, refers to the game’s increasing difficulty, according to a Jump Festa attendee.
Apparently, the game’s difficulty increases endlessly. “It’s interesting when an action game’s degree of difficulty grows beyond that imagined by the developers,” said the attendee. “It’s a game with a certain sense of irresponsibility that came from that idea.”

http://gematsu.com/2012/12/retailer-...us-for-ps-vitaAtelier Meruru Plus: The Apprentice of Arland is coming to PlayStation Vita, a 7Net Shopping listing (since removed) has revealed.
The game will launch in Japan on March 20 for 6,090 yen for the standard edition, or 8,190 yen for the limited edition. First-run bonuses include some download content.
Atelier Meruru initially launched for PlayStation 3 in June 2011. The PS Vita version will include the PlayStation 3 version’s download content, new events (you’ll water at the mouth, apparently), new costumes, and more powerful bosses.
Additionally, if you keep your save data for Atelier Totori Plus, you will unlock new costumes for Totori in Atelier Meruru. If the save happens to be game clear data, Totori’s weapons will become more powerful.

New 2.02 compatible ecfw soon to be released for Uno.
Just got it today so need some recommendations.
Haven't played around with too many of the options. Wi-Fi only and can't get a signal at work =( So can't browse the PS Store.
Get Playstation Plus if you haven't already. 6 games right there. Uncharted, Gravity Rush, and Wipeout are good starters.
Metal Gear Solid 3 HD is on sale for the Vita through the store; epic. Persona 4 Golden is amazing. Even if you never played any of the Persona games, or even if you hate jrpgs, it's that good. Motor Storm RC I think is still free. Unit 13 is good for a quick "pick up and play" game if you liked old school SOCOM (3rd person shooter). Mortal Kombat is usually cheap and has a ton of content like the console versions. UMvC3 is pretty as hell to play.
Resistance and CoD are "meh" FPS. Not bad, but not something to write home about.
SFxT is meh.
Second the above. If you have a ps3 and a vita there is 0 reason to not have ps+. If gravity rush controls don't bother you then I highly recommend it also (free for ps+) as I consider it one of the best games on the vita.
Hot shots for vita is 8$ ATM also from PSN if you like the series. Look on amazon for a 32gb card and if you can get it for around 80 or less then I suggest biting the bullet and just buying one. You won't regret it
