Ended up playing it for an hour because impatient already on Vita TV. I purchased the game knowing it'd involve boobs, butts, and nudity, but I'm laughing at how far the game goes to push its T&A agenda, like when activating your special by spreading your character's breasts.

Game looks really nice and sharp on the OLED even with the simple environments and blocky shadows.
Murakumo ♥
I initially went in not really caring about her much but she's easily my favorite character and ughhh, spending so much time in the dressing room because everything looks good on her. Its so hard to decide what she should wear.
For her Shinobi outfit I keep her default 'cause it looks great but settled on Indigo Blazer for the uniform and Shiki's favorite lingerie.
Her moveset is simple yet super effective and her two bar super is just too good. Overall, I think Murakumo is just perfect for me. Also, I know the game'll give you the tip eventually but if you want to play as her but don't want the mask just hold select during the loading screen.
>.> Totally forgot about Playstation TV. messed around with it a bit last night seeing how games looked on it.
Totally going to replay the Dangan Ronpas, P4G, P3P, Zero Escape, y'know what I'm going to replay the everything.
Sounds like best idea.
Why? Because best girl. That's why.![]()

I keep playing Murasaki in deathmatch just so that when I transform this plays.
Honestly feels really good when you're stomping other players to this music.
Finally got SV in due to slow amazon. Going Miyabi cause she the best n all, fuck you.

I contemplated Burst during the sale, but then I had to youtube some vids and see how terrible the framerate was. Also not sure when it happened, but they ninja'd in Vita TV compatibility via the refresh icon on the game's live area. Looks much better on a larger screen.
Glad you finally got your copy, IC!
Really? I think it looks absolutely fantastic on the OLED VITA.
If I trust you for anything its that you'll be critical of the graphics. If you say it looks better on a larger screen... I really look forward to seeing that.
Also, if any of you dudes are interested in playing the online modes at some point, let me know! I've been playing over the past couple of days and having a blast.
Loving my Playstation TV. I don't know why but I absolutely hate playing handhelds(as actual handhelds), I typically hack my handhelds to consolize them, but was happy Sony did it themselves. Can finally play P4G and the better versions of some of the Atelier games.
After owning it for a day, my general consensus so far is that if a game runs native resolution (Shinovi Versus, EDF2017, P4G, etc), it'll upscale very favorably to 720p. Anything that's sub-native, especially with no anti-aliasing to help it out (good thing Uncharted/Gravity Rush aren't compatible), will look like a mid-tier PS2 game.
Some titles will look a little grungy in spots anyways due to developers using the assumption the game would always run on a 5" screen, so there'll be quite a few cases where performance-saving measures such as lower texture filtering (SoulSac, NFS:Most Wanted), and detail pop-in (Killzone) will be utilized, which becomes a little more obvious on a 15" and above screen.
A little bonus I learned though is that you can do ad-hoc multiplayer with yourself on digital games using the same account.
Spoiler: show
Can't do online together though as logging into PSN on one Vita device kicks you off on the other. A shame I have no one locally to co-op Spelunky with.
And a little discussion on the non-game side of things
Spoiler: show
The thing is also tiny. It would have been a cool/stupid thing if they shipped the PS TV in a slightly-wider Vita game case.

On the subject of touch controls for the PSTV, I've heard that you can utilize touch controls with the DS4. I'm sure that'd be somewhat awkward to use in menus, at least at first... but is it even possible?
Obviously it'd still be a slight annoyance that things aren't in a grid or anything sensible for a pad but if you can get used to using touch on the DS4, maybe it'd be better? Just a thought.
Touch emulation only works within games.
DS4's trackpad works as a scaled down front touch, where you click it to 'touch'. Otherwise, for backtouch, or using a dualshock 3, you're stuck using the analog sticks to move the virtual cursors around as the firmware details.
I also forgot how bad the 'motion blur' in Persona 4 was.
I've only used it to play Toukiden and no complaints from me. I'm with darus in the fact that for some reason i just don't do hand held gaming.
Senran kagura gets more and more awesome each time for me. Beat Hanzo side, my strongest and favorite from hanzo is Katsu-ne, from Gessen, easily Yozakura cuz fists, and shiki 2nd.
Psn is Ninjasyxx
Sent invites to the both of ya. While I guess I'd personally love to play with either/or in any of the games ASAP I don't want you to feel rushed so post in this thread or shoot me a PM whenever. I'm pretty much always down if I'm free to play.
