Got to code eight in freedom wars and the ai is absolutely fucking retarded at these levels. Game is way too difficult this late and unless I go online or grind the perfect weapon I don't stand a chance.

Some of these quotes in Oreshika are pretty baller.

Can't compete for my time when MH4U is still relatively recent. Too many more 3DS owners locally to me to hunt with. Maybe one day I'll dip into Toukiden but it'll have to be a severe RPG drought![]()
Don't care! Toukiden players, where you at?
Anyone imported games from play-asia before? Maybe I'm spoiled from my Amazon 2-day but why haven't I gotten my game a week later and nowhere to put this tracking number in?
Considering how slow I am to play games these days, I'm afraid of picking up Kiwami and being left in the dust.Don't care! Toukiden players, where you at?
Seriously, I barely started the first game. . wonder if I can get a decent TIV for it?
All you gotta do any time you want to hunt is ask me, I'll have no problems hunting with bros no matter what.
Kiwami is out Charismatic? I thought it was the 24th. I'm lookin for another game. How is the story or is it all grind this item to craft that weapon to beat this boss kind of bullshit that I hate freedom wars for
The demo is out.
The game comes out on the 31st.
Ask other people about the story, its not something I tend to care about so I mostly ignored it. Story is of little importance to me.
I'm not up on the new version, what's different and should I care enough about Monster Hunter lite to stop playing Monster Hunter?
I'm going to have to really work at splitting time between MH4U and Toukiden...I absolutely loved the first Toukiden, so it may cut into MH4U time. I'm so far behind everyone else in 4U, it probably doesn't matter.
To be fair unless I want to grind out relics I'm probably about done with MH4U until some G rank DLC comes out. Really just the big multi monster quests at the end of single and multi-player left
There is a bit of story, but it's nothing amazing or major but it certainly isn't poor and I did start to like/care about the characters at the end. For the most part the grinding monsters for materials doesn't truly start until you finish the game so there certainly is some character to the setting and a little hype anticipation in killing the big bosses as a story hero.
So I wouldn't worry about it unless you're looking for something amazing.
Also I'm totally going to be on Toukiden at some point, but still need to get a PS4 and Bloodborne (as well as a dishwasher but that's unrelated). Gonna be an expensive few months.
If all you think of it as is MH lite then skip it.
New weapons, new types of Mitamas, QoL improvements out the ass. Several new chapters including 12 new large Oni (15 with DLC) and more is enough for me. Especially when I prefer Toukiden to MH in the first place.
Also, the Naginata is like pure sex. I thought the rifle was gonna be fun since I used to be a HBG guy in MH but nope, its fun but its nothing compared to this baby. The Naginata is so fucking good. A weapon that rewards you for not getting hit? ALL THIS POWER, ALL THIS SPEED.
MUH
DICK
Oh, apparently it has some endless boss rush mode thinger that I don't know the details about but that's not in the demo.
I'm looking forward to trying the rifle; I'm holding onto hope since I played the bow in the first game.
Get paper plates. That way you can get Toukiden. Also I'm totally going to be on Toukiden at some point, but still need to get a PS4 and Bloodborne (as well as a dishwasher but that's unrelated). Gonna be an expensive few months.
I meant in the lite sense just since the original version wasn't exactly a difficult game. I'm sure I'll be playing Toukiden since I need an excuse to use my Vita again anyways, which hasn't left it's case since I got back from Christmas vacation.
Are you going to sit here and pretend that any MH after MHFU has been in any way hard? C'mon brah. (Especially not in multiplayer, ESPECIALLY if people have status weapons/traps or know how to stunlock)
No one with hunting experience is playing these games for the "difficulty". Its the rest of the game that's the draw!
