Extreme VS(Full Boost update next year) and Gundam Senki are the only gundam games that should be brought overseas.
take my monies
Bit late, wrong topic strictly speaking, but I can confirm that this (version 1.3) is working on my WotL PSP copy. Maybe it will hold me over until I can grab a Vita in a month! I verified that the screen un-stretching worked as well as the slowdown fix, but I had a harder time reading the text so I removed the un-stretching part of the patch.
And this would be the more recent update post: http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=8490.0
YESSSSSSSSS.MAY 2ND HURRY UP!!!!
Here's another post confirming it is finally fixed. Of course it only works on a PSP with CFW, and not a Vita.
Ok prefer to post it here cuz i'm sure that most people who got a vita, also got a PS3 so here goes
I cannot connect to my PS3 with my vita for remote play on WAN (lan it works)
Ok Vita
I'm an logged on my PSN account
On PS3
I linked my Vita on my PS3 (Lan remote play works)
In remote play setting i activated wake for remote play ON and i click wake over Internet.
Also my PS3 also sign in auto to my PSN account (same as vita)
When i close my PS3 the Net light is Green and before leaving home i tried to open it threw LAN and it worked, so reclosed it
Now i'm at my parents house and when i click remote play on internet after 30sec it says it cannot connect to my PS3
IS there any ports i ned to open for it?
If the router in use does not support UPnP, you must set the router's port forwarding to allow communication to the PS3™ system from the Internet. The port number that is used by remote play is TCP: 9293. For information about setting this option, refer to the instructions supplied with the router.

So I found my one gripe with my Vita, and it's my PSP. I installed CFW on my PSP and have just about every PSP game's .iso on my computer. I have found very little use of buying the PSP games to use on my Vita. So with this spring fever sale on Final Fantasy games, I wa initially excited until I was like "wait... I already have all these games on my computer!" Unit 13, Uncharted, and The Show are keeping my attention for now. Im waiting for Gravity Rush to hit stateside in June and every day I'm praying that Capcom will be smart and release a new Monster Hunter soon... If not, it's going to be a very long wait until Phantasy Star Online drops in 2013...
Could lead to psp backups, and already allows better homebrew compatibility.
interesting
Ok BG. I am thinking about buying a vita for when I head to Afghanistan this week. I haven't been following on the vita that much. I got my hands on one today and I loved it. It felt so smooth. 42 pages is a lot to read through...so a tldr would be nice.
BG what are some of your good/bad experiences with it? And can you actually put any ps1 or 3 games on it?
Thanks BG
You cannot put PS1 games on it (yet) or PS3 at all
If you saw some videos it was played using Remote play (aka controlling your PS3 from your Vita so the PS1 game are played from the Ps3 not the vita
For Ps3 titles theres like 10-15 titles that support Remote play, more if your PS3 is CFW
Well yeah the big downside is if you have PSP games you can't play them on the Vita you need to rebuy them threw PSN
I don't own a PSP so i guess i have that going for me. Well we'll see then, I might just hold off and get one later. Thanks for the input!
Was a demonstration of him loading a PSP ISO.
