Phone Help. I'm retarded

This is actually kinda funny and fucking sad.

I was yanking some pictures (of my computer for the PSU/Graphics Card thread I opened before) off my Blackberry with the Desktop Manager thing and it told me to upgrade the OS and without thinking I hit yes.

I didn't backup my contacts or anything.

So now my phone is back to factory settings with all my business contacts/calender appointments/ BBM/Pictures/everything going

Am I totally fucked or can this be undone?

Thank god for Google Phone. I actually got an American on tech support too. I hope they can help me.
