Yeah servers are expected to be up 24 hours this round of testing unless for maintenance etc.

I highly doubt it. Never needed one in the past and foreigners had been playing in the alpha just fine.

I am curious about one thing however. Once they open up the servers in a couple days, would you guys want to go where all the non-JPs end up congregating or go elsewhere?
