Yeah, that reaper rush replay had an epic proxy hatch.


Best part about proxy hatchery was getting a queen out, planting an egg and spreading shit all over the place. Larva might have been a better choice, but getting vision was still nice for the muta after.

some caster, psy i think showed how you can

• take a 2 drones and queen to the other guys ramp
• start hatch with drone then cancel it
• put a tumor on the creep before it disappears
• run queen back, morph into 2 spine crawlers

its a pretty risky move, but ya you can do it. as you lose 50ish minerals for a canceled hatchery

Noticed the speed thing for Hydras in the video. He says they get a 50% bonus in speed on creep. I'm assuming this is cause there's no upgrade for Hydras speed like there was in SC1

Not really a "strat to use vs bad people", well, maybe it is, but I like massing ravens when I roll terran in 3v3 (hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate terran, well, it's ok, but tonight i rolled terran like 8/10 times, shit was stupid)

Your CC is filled with 5 scv that can repair it. Of couse, it wouldnt survive a large army, but if you take the slow reaction time into account and scv repairing it, it's not impossible to get one out before he kill it.

Make sure to upgrade the range and armor while you are at it! Don't halfass a Pfort rush!

Mothership rushing is probably the most comical way to kill someone ever. It actually works ok in FFA games too because half the time nobody wants to be the first aggressor, but a rushed mothership and some supporting units can often take out an entire player without any losses.
