Unless it changed after Disgaea 2, King of beast is a Fist weapon(my personal favorite weapon in the game) skill

New fist skill was pretty cool, and I loved the gun one, no matter how ridiculous it was. High Def X-slash or Omega Slash would be cool. Also, god damn those sprites are pretty. I love it.

Prinny speak in a much higher key and faster, it also seems like they're using the VA for Disgaea 1 (PS2) Etna rather than the superior one employed in the rest of the series/PSP-ports. ;/

Regardless, at least the game isn't as heavy on storytelling like the Disgaea series itself, so it's no biggy if the VA is bad/not outrageous enough.

Perhaps inspired by Criminal Girls, Disgaea 4 also has a "punishment
system." Dengeki PlayStation reports the PlayStation 3 game lets
players select commands such as: tie-up hands, tie-up feet, and
ecchi talk. It isn’t clear what effects the punishment system has,
but it can be used on monsters.

Another new feature is the government system, which lets players
control areas. While under your rule, you can create new
characters and facilities.

The magazine also mentions Emizel (he’s wearing a green hoodie) who
is the son of the president of the Netherworld. He has an arrogant
attitude. Volcano (she has pink hair) is also seen in the issue. She’s
the angel of business and known to resolve unjust money matters.

Disgaea 4 comes out on February 24, 2011 in Japan and is slated
for a summer release in North America.

says his camera isn't good enough:
The greatest advantage of the two-sword style is being able to
attack twice at a time. It's possible to attack the enemy with left

Here's some of the Punishment commands I assume. Looks like you can select these a certain number of times, at top it says number of guidance and 3 remaining.

Beat with a wad of money
Make her sign documents
Tie hands
Tie feet
Talk about ecchi things
Make her say compliments
Make her give a massage
Listen to her worries

description says Tie hands and tickle her armpits
