Identifying an ATI Radeon Card

Need some help id'ing an ATI radeon card I've come into possession of. Does not have a model number on the back. SN for the card is 181019 906438 2x DVI ports, HDMI, Firewire (?)

Have you tried using the DirectX tool? Normally on the display tab, should tell you what you have.

That's probably a display port, not a firewire.

Going to be hard if you don't have it in a PC, but uh... should be written on the chip under the fan, at least the codename.
