What logo? I registered it, but don't see it listed anywhere.

I registered the Asuran Armband code and it said it was successfully registered, but is there a way to see evidence this? I haven't received my CE yet so can't log in.

Also, under "select service" there are two buttons for FFXIV. One has the logo and one does not.... are they the same?

because you played in full screen mode pre-windower? lol

and you wont see the armguards added to your account until you register XIV. then there should be an XIV tab that shows everything associated w/ that account

The FFXIV logo when you go to add service. Theres a link "Final Fantasy XIV" and theres a logo to the right of it. In two separate boxes so it looks confusing. lol.

Um, did you register your CE already? Because I have not and I am clicking the FFXIV image link and it shows the account service but not showing the armbands. I tried re-entering the code and it says its already registered. So not sure what is going on.

I'm pretty impressed with the lodestone. I am really surprised they gave us the 1-30 recipes for all of the crafts. It doesn't look to be free from errors (unless they changed the sub-craft on some items since beta) but it gives us a good road map to use as we level up our crafts.

Yeah. Gonna make the first 30 levels on crafting really easy and allow us to get some lowbie gear so we're not all running around in starter clothes.

I was actually kinda pissed by those recipes. Like brass head knife is still rank 20+ blacksmithing to make it, yet it's only rank 10 leathercraft to use, same deal with bronze knuckles. Lame!

I think it means, you'll need 10 leathercraft to make the leather component rather than to use the item.

I'm sort of surprised to see some of the recipes in their respective tiers. Like Bronze Chainmail is in the 1-10 tier, I don't know how accurate that is. I thought it would be in the 11-20 tier. There's no subcraft listed for Bronze Hoplon which required Carpentry in OB. It's nice they did this but I really don't know how accurate it is.

I'm looking into payment options for FF14, do they really expect us to sign up for this clickandbuy or playspan bullshit? Why add more intermediaries? I saw that and I was like, oh I'll just try out this crysta shit instead, but to add crysta you have to go through the credit card shit again and just meh. I didn't see a paypal option... Maybe I'll keep looking around.

The headknife itself is optimal rank 10 for leathercraft to equip. That's what I meant. It's nice that site gives you the sub crafts you need though.

Click on Add Crysta > Ultimate Pay. Once here you can choose between paying them using their pay service or PayPal.

The point still stands. You're level 25 in a craft just to make a level 8 item for a DoW. I still don't like it. A level 10 should be able to make rank 10 items, IMO, but it is what it is.

Logic doesn't follow. The skill it takes to craft something is completely unrelated to the skill it takes to use it. Just because I can drive a car doesn't mean I can build one...

While the logic doesnt follow... This means that by the time crafters are able to make these equips they will no longer be useful for most of the DoW classes since they will have outranked it by a lot. lol
