If only we could tell people to go to specific wards in the market to find specific items. Like for example, the first syngoth blah blah blah ward in Uldah would be for raw materials, and perhaps the second one for weapons, third for torso/body armor, etc.

i just got replay about Guest pass

Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.


You will be able to continue playing as long as you have a valid payment option selected. All your character information will be carried over, you won't lose anything. The guest pass works exactly like the normal key. You should continue to use this key even after your new copy arrives. Adding a further service account would allow you to add 8 more characters should you find the 8 available at present too limiting.

Use a rod.

Buy a miner's tool (Miner's Guild and other places), equip tool and the ability will tell you where to find mining spots (e.g. 141 yalms NorthEast) then get there, menu > Mine, then it's a Hot and Cold game, fairly easy to understand.

Is there really no way you can meet up with your retainer once you've set up a stand? Well, other than walking to that one city and that one stand obviously. I'm hating this inventory system so much. Can't even hire two retainers yet (I think?). I'd make another character for mule functions, but there's no way to send items.

I don't think they have setup the buy another retainer function yet I am also sad about that. You cannot call for your retainer when they are in the market wards, SE made it sound like you could like.. call them and have them do different functions for you but this does not seem to be the case at all.

One idea is you could rent a stand, and then after 24 hrs the lease will be up and your retainer will return to being in limbo. Might be able to use that to your advantage.

now I want to stop playing Conjurer and get into Lancer. no way I'm really going to play a hybrid nuke/support mage to high levels anyway, might as well not play a class i dont like just because having levelled a conjurer might help with future mage classes that I actually like.

anyway question : How long does it take until I can reassign stats? I reassigned some but it won't let me reassign anymore, I'm trying to reset my INT/pie etc into STR with some dex.

is "Faction leve" something which is not implemented?

Faction Leves require credits to accept. The level 20 ones are 100 credits. I believe level 30 are 200 credits. You ear Faction Credits based on other Regional Leves that you complete. You should see, below the objective, the heading "Evaluation." This will list one of the three factions, Horn & Hand, The Brotherhood of the Broken Blade, or Ayzema's Shields. The faction under evaluation will change if you view the details of the leve and cancel, if it is not the faction you want, then look at it again. I have been focusing all of my leves towards one faction to get one of these leves, I also did this in OB and the Horn & Hand one that I did was pretty easy solo, just a fetch mission in town.

Credit rewards vary based on the rank of the leve, and Faction Standing for each camp. Sometimes if the faction that is evaluating your leve is in 3rd place for control, they will offer more credits. Faction Standing is determined by everyone on the server, each time someone completes a leve at Camp Black Brush evaluated by Ayzema's Shields, for example, Ayzema's Shields gains control in that area. It's very similar to the Conquest system in XI. You can check Faction Standing at the Aetheryte before accepting leves to determine whether or not you wish to do leves in that area for the faction you are working credits up for.

I personally in Retail have gotten 10 credits from a Rank10 leve but, also a lot of 1-5 credit rewards as well. In OB, the credit rewards were about the same.
