How do you get Guardian Favor again? And whats the point in assesing favor (and it gives me a time to earn its favor) How can I ear guardian favor?

As for the Golden Sands, I think you may have the title wrong, iirc it was Golden Sacrifices. This is where I am atm as well, so I cannot help you with that.

Guardian's Favor regens on its own, the assessment from the aetheryte tells you when your next 10 favor will tick in. In OB, the favor ticked in very slowly(10 Favor every 10 hours or something ridiculous like that.) The best advice I could give you for favor management is to pick and choose which leves to use it on. You still get bonus exp/skill without it, just less often. I usually try to save it for leves with mobs that have a lot of HP like Dodos.

Can't find a decent place to kill stuff at Phys15/Archer11. Galagos go down like a sack and shit and reward really nice EXP but theres only ever 2-3 per area any recommendations?

Should be able to kill Dodos fast at 11, I was grinding them as PUG9 earlier and while it was tough it was good exp.

I think the shop in Ul'dah "Eshtaime's Aesthetics" sells rings for an ungodly price. I only looked at it once since retail started, so I may be wrong and it was changed since OB. I have not yet found any that sell head or hands in retail.

They do sell jewelry there, and the prices are very high, 18k for a wristlet that is an easy level 1 synth. You can buy hats off an NPC in Gridania, the prices are a little bit more reasonable. First batch of vendors when you run up from the adventurers guild, near Carpenter Guild.

Anyone have any advice for a PGL trying to buy multiple weapons so that I can exp for a long time without having to repair? The starting weapon is rare, and I found an NPC selling a rank 19 weapon for 90k (too expensive and I'm only 10/15 atm). I traveled to 2 market wards, and saw jobs for every weapon in bazaars... except no PGL weapons. I guess they are much harder to craft.

Yes, it's a 36 hour reset. The last reset was 8am PDT yesterday morning, so they should reset again tonight at 8pm.
