Enforcer is not the right word for it, but Carcillo, Hartnell, etc (even Richards in one instance) seem to have no qualms about making questionable hits.

Eh if Hartnell isn't on the ground he's in the box for Goalie Interference.

In any case the suspension to Briere is a joke, but it all comes back to the DGB flowchart and inconsistency in suspensions. Look at Hjalmarsson, that hit was hella dirty and warranted a 2 game suspension.... Briere gets 3 for a graze, in an instance that shouldn't have happened in the first place and where 1-2 games would suffice. One of those two should have been thrown out of the circle. The referring is atrocious in the league and Campbell is a fucking joke.
