I haven't been paying too much attention tonight but Hudler was playing on the 2nd line Thursday and from what I've seen seems to still be there. Bertuzzi/Modano/Cleary is the current 3rd line, which has been pretty damn good over the past week.

Ah, didn't know Hudler moved, just that everyone on the line outside of Cleary had been really quiet.

Modano had produced a bit, but really got going when Abdelkader was put on the line with Mo and Cleary. Cleary started around the same time, but Hudler seemed like he had a goddamn curse. He had a few assists but was missing great chances for whatever reason. Hopefully now that he is reunited with Filppula and with a beast like Franzen he will start looking more like he did during the season he had 57 pts (on the 3rd line... that Filppula/Hudler/Samuellson 3rd was fucking insane).

Nick Backstrom with a beauty of a wrister past Miller, 2-2 in the 3rd. Caps fell asleep in the 2nd, which is usually their strongest period. Should be a good finish.
