Can't say I'm surprised in the slightest. As some people in the thread have already pointed out, the inconsistencies in punishment is just so fuckin dumb. The Thorton punishment is a good example and also lol at Avery getting away with a sucker punch that even his own teammates think is dirty. Maybe if Thorton went to an NHL sanctioned anger management class he could get away anything too.
