Fun stuff in the Sharks/Kings game, Smyth gets a goal but the refs weren't sure about it, play continued and the Sharks ended up scoring... so instead of 4-1 it is 3-2 lol.

lol Ecskalibur will have fun recovering from Halak's game tonight, #6 just netted against him.

Fortunately, I don't have Halak in this league. But I do have him in another one.. and yeah. I'm fucked. I started so strong with my goalies in all of my leagues and now I am just getting my ass kicked everywhere.

Ward and Bryzgalov were so promising the first two weeks. But yeah, I might need to look at making some moves. My team is trash. I'm quickly falling to the bottom after a strong start.

I'm not aware of anything with Colin. I've seen some notes about it on Twitter and online. I've been in transit today, so I haven't had a chance to look at everything. There's something out there so once I get finished completing my travels today, I'll take a look. It might just be nothing, but I have seen things on some websites and on Twitter, so I will be taking a closer look.

But the NHL and ESPN have no partnership right now, why would ESPN personalities comply with a gag order? Unless the rumors of an upcoming deal are true, but I'm not getting my hopes up for Thorne/Clement National Hockey Night just yet.

He works for the NHL as well, doing their XM radio show. The only ESPN hockey guys that don't also work for the NHL at times are LeBrun/Burnside.

Also, on Green:

Green always has been touted for his offense, but he also has been quite solid on the defensive end of the ice this season, which is why he gets this nod. Green has 5 goals, 8 assists and a plus-9 rating, and he is playing more than 25 minutes per game -- including more than three minutes per game on the penalty kill for the first time in his career. He's on the ice in the final minute of tight games and playing big minutes against the opposition's best players. He's held his own.

He missed a few games with a stinger, but he's still the best offensive defenseman in the game today. Green also has taken on more responsibility in terms of the defensive side of the game. He's on his way to becoming one of the more complete blueliners in the League.
