Palin I have no idea how we're still tied 4-4... I was looking at the game boxscores for the day before checking my actual fantasy teams and I saw Pekka Rinne got obliterated (pulled after 1 period, 3 GA on 9 shots) and I thought that would ruin things, but not only am I not out of it overall, Im not even that far behind you in goalie stats...

Late but I have hiller to thank for that. He should reclaim that tonight.. I'd hope. He can't do any worse tonight than he already has.. right?

As I'm speaking he's let in 2 goals in the first period against PHX alone. Balls.

Honestly I have no idea how that that works. One night he had a 0.92 GAA, the next 9.00, and it averages to 2.19? Did yahoo change something with pulled goalies and how their stats calculate at the end?

Pretty sure for individual games they use goals per periods or minutes played and figure what it'd be if he gave up goals at the same rate over a full game. A few scoreless periods will greatly change the numbers, i.e. guy gives up 3 goals in the first and has a 9.00, gets yanked, then lets up no goals in the first two periods next game, now has a 3.00 for the week up to that point since he's played one full game and given up 3.

Yahoo averages the time they played and the shots faced, it is not a straight (game1+game2)/2.
